REFUND POLICY

We recognize that sometimes things just don’t work out for any number of reasons. Sometimes people become sick, plans change, or a camp does not meet expectations on the first day. There are expenses and necessities associated with running the camps that have helped to shape our refund policy over time.  Our refund policy is as follows:

• 100% refund if camp is cancelled prior to 24 hours of the start of camp.
• 50% refund if camp is cancelled prior to the second day of camp
• No refund after the second day of camp starts

CONSENT POLICY

From time to time we take photos and video clips of campers for promotional use. Your registration indicates your consent for your child to be photographed and/or videoed and for us to use that media for camp PR purposes only. You may opt out of the consent policy by indicating your desire in writing.

HOLD HARMLESS FORMS

Both the university and the camp insurer require that hold harmless forms be signed by a parent of each camper prior to or at the start of each camp.
